Grace C. (Hull) Hamilton [Hagerstown]Cumberland Times-NewsHAGERSTOWN — Grace C. (Hull) Hamilton, 66, of Hagerstown, formerly of Cumberland, passed away Friday, May 22, 2009, at the Western Maryland Hospital Center in Hagerstown.Born in Cumberland on Oct. 31, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Ethel Hull. In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by three brothers, Henry, Eugene and Thomas Hull, and two sisters, Helina Davies and Barbara Eisle.A devoted mother and grandmother, Grace was a graduate of Fort Hill High School class of 1961. She was an avid Bingo player who attended many of local bingo games.She is survived by six children, Beverly Markovich and friend J.L. Knode, of Hagerstown, Daniel Fisher and wife Patty, of Hagerstown, Donna Armstrong and husband Mark, of Hagerstown, Pamela Stiles and husband John, of Smithfield, Va., Paul Fisher and wife Hope, of Mount Savage, and David Fisher, of Corriganville. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, soon to be born; four sisters, Virginia Coleman, Hilda Brown, Shirley Corley and Linda Humbertson; three brothers, Paul, David and Gary Hull; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends will be received on Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, scarpellifuneralhomes.com from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral services will follow on Wednesday in the funeral home at 1 p.m. with Pastor Mark C. Dill officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
